### Jack Rauch

Co-founder / Attorney

*B.S., Summa Cum Laude, Univ of Southern California*

Jack is a transactional attorney at Kirkland & Ellis and Dorsey & Whitney. He has also worked in investment banking, private equity, and tech. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financing, and corporate strategy.

At Agon, he brings that perspective to the decisions facing firm owners: how to grow deliberately, evaluate a partnership, and protect what makes a practice distinctive.
